Order cancellation is permitted before your item is shipped or produced. A full refund will be issued upon successful cancellation. Cancellation window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) after placing your order. Order processing lead‑time: Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, and will be shipped the following business day once processing is complete. No shipments are processed on weekends.

Cancellation is available only within the 24‑hour cancellation window and while the order remains unshipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

All orders from our store ship directly from our warehouse in China.

Submit return requests via email to oasishonelab@gmail.com. Please reach out to us within 30 days after your package shows as delivered. Return requests submitted after the 30‑day window will not be accepted.

Return eligibility requirements: Items must be kept in their original received condition with original packaging intact.

For defective or damaged goods: Please supply clear photos or videos as supporting evidence. We may offer partial or full‑refund options. You may keep or locally dispose of the item instead of sending it back to avoid expensive international return shipping fees.

If you insist on returning the product, you must email oasishonelab@gmail.com to obtain our officially confirmed valid return address before sending the parcel. Do not ship items back without receiving our official return address.

Important Return Notes: All costs arising from the return, including return shipping fees, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, shall be borne by the responsible party. Parcels sent with shipping/duty collect will be refused and destroyed by our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued after we have successfully received and inspected the returned goods.

You may apply for a refund if your purchased item fails to meet your expectations.

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances: ‑ The purchased item is completely unusable; ‑ You have not received your goods within 60 business days after order placement.

Important Notes: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 3‑5 business days. Original‑order shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Buyer bears return shipping costs when: ‑ Return is made for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size).

Seller bears return shipping costs when: ‑ The issue is seller‑caused (quality defects, damage, wrong item delivered, item not matching product description). Customers must provide their order number together with photos or videos of the outer packaging and product as proof.

Refund requests cannot be approved under the following conditions: ‑ Non‑delivery caused by your personal error (e.g. incorrect address, failed collection, failure to pick up parcel as required); ‑ Non‑delivery caused by circumstances beyond our store’s control (e.g. local customs clearance failure, delays due to natural disasters, marked as delivered by carrier, loss after delivery to mailbox).

Custom‑made products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
